Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first paid subscription. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription anytime from Settings → Subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Renewal payments after the initial 7-day window, partial-month usage, and accounts terminated for Terms violations are not refundable.
4. Yearly Plans
Yearly plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase. Pro-rated refunds for yearly plans are not provided after the 7-day window.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email billing@ziptalkai.com with your account email and order details. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Free Plan
The Free plan has no charges and is therefore not subject to refunds.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may revise this policy. Existing subscribers will be notified of material changes.
