1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using ZipTalk AI (the "Service"), accessible at ziptalkai.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ZipTalk AI provides AI-powered language learning, translation, chatbot tutoring, and gamified lessons across multiple languages. Features vary by subscription plan (Free, Pro, Premium).
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. Users under 18 require parental consent.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via Settings; access continues through the end of the billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. AI-Generated Content
The Service uses AI models that may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or offensive output. You should not rely on AI translations or tutoring for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; (c) submit harmful, abusive, or infringing content; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
8. Intellectual Property
All Service content, branding, and software belong to ZipTalk AI. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to process it to provide the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZipTalk AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the user's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice.
